   The hotel that you mean is kuta seaview, hard rock hotel, Pelangi hotel in seminyak, the legian, anantara hotel,Bali mandira,and patra Bali..

   Ive stayed once at Mercure Kuta. It has swimming pool on the fourth floor and it has a direct view to the Kuta Beach, but staying there is not worth it. The hotel is very avarage.

   There are several choices of hotels in Kuta that has swimming pool facing to the beach such as Bali Niksoma Beach Resort, Padma Bali Hotel, Inna Kuta Beach, and Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel.

   the hotels at Kuta Bali with Swimmign Pool Overlooking to the beach are: Patra Bali Resort, Ramada Bintang Bali, Kartika Plaza, Mecure Kuta, Bali Mandira, Pelangi Hotel, The Legian, Anantara

   I Hope this information could be in order
