    Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines and a few other Asian airlines fly to all those destinations. It’s too bad you’re not flying from the US, Cathay Pacific has an All-Asia pass that allows travel for a month that includes all your destinations in Asia but is only available from the US. You might also want to check flights to Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore on one of the above airlines and check Air Asia for cheaper flights between the Asian destinations you mention, good luck.
